SanSen HQ operates under SanSen Group and provides marketing, data, and appointment-setting services. Because our work involves time, research, and data delivery, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • If a payment was charged in error or duplicated.
  • If services were not delivered as outlined in your service agreement.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed lead lists, call hours, or delivered data files.
  • Custom research or setup fees once work has begun.

Requesting a Refund

Email billing@sansenhq.com within 3 days of purchase. Include your order details and reason for request. We’ll review and reply within 3–5 business days.
